In Band 70cm Talkthrough Frequencies
The following information was issued on 1st Feb 2004:
Following discussions
with the RSGB, the Network has received
written confirmation of two 7.6MHz wide-spaced UHF frequencies
for emergency communications talk-through operations.
Mobile transmissions
should be on 430.800MHz and base
transmissions on 438.400MHz. Power is limited to 25 watts
e.r.p. and aerials should be vertically polarised. Operations
in the immediate vicinity of existing fixed 7.6MHz repeaters
and data nodes/links should be avoided.
